Liquors and Tables and Bars...oh my!
Let's talk spirits...and not the ones that go bump in the night. I have dreams of a well stocked, well styled bar in my dining room. Currently we have a bookcase that was purchased from Ikea. We added legs to it to turn it into a buffet. This idea came from Alaina at Live Creating Yourself. Here are a few somewhat recent images of our bar/buffet area-

I think your bar area is amazing! I love how you have it set up. In our house we have a liquor cabinet, aka bottles stuffed in next to our baking supplies. Classy :). We don't really have room for an *area*, but I do think they make for a great display .... plus, it's nice for guests.

ReplyDeleteYour bar area looks pretty great already! It's so inspired that your turned an Ikea bookcase into a buffet. We don't have room for a bar in our 1BR NYC apt. but I would love to have one just cause it seems like such an adult thing to do.
